About Loving Companions Senior Services
Marjorie Urbano is the President and CEO of Loving Companions Senior Services. She oversees all executive operations to ensure efficiency and quality of care. Prior to founding Loving Companions in 2008, Mrs. Urbano spent 12+ years serving others as a Registered Nurse. While working in home health she recognized the growing need for quality in-home care for Seniors throughout the Sacramento region. Upon witnessing her father-in-law’s disappointing experience with his in-home caregivers, she felt even more compelled to create a company that would allow seniors to live with dignity and respect despite their situation. She is prompted to meet the many challenges of in-home care by her commitment, compassion, integrity and attentiveness. Mrs. Urbano graduated with a degree in biological sciences from the University of California Davis and later became a Registered Nurse. She loves music, reading, going to church, and spending time with her husband and four children.
